Group Training is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied, high intensity and fun. The goal of Group Training is to push every aspect of your fitness to the maximum so that you are healthy, strong and in shape.
Outdoor Group Training
These sessions includes a wide variety of exercises including kettlebells, resistance bands, body-weight exercises, circuits, boxing and running. Taking place in some of the great outdoor locations of Sydney.
Indoor Group Training
Takes place at our Training Facility in Randwick and includes cardio machines, TRX, dumbbells, core and cable machines.
Female class is for women only.
The boxing sessions are a mixture of strength, conditioning and endurance. Boxing is a brilliant way to boost your heart rate, use your entire body and relieve some stress out.

Boxing & Kickboxing
Regular boxing or kickboxing workouts use your entire body, raise your heart rate and improve conditioning, endurance and strength.
It will also teach you elements of self-defence and provide great stress relief. The average fitness participant who takes a moderately intense kickboxing session can burn up to 400 calories an hour. Kickboxing also has a carryover effect into several sports.
